The COVID-19 pandemic has been also impacting employees’ work-life. This study examined the effect of work-life balance on employee performance through employee engagement and job satisfaction as intermediate variables. It was quantitative research and used a non-probability sampling method. Data was collected through a questionnaire with 210 responses, and 207 were processed using SmartPLS. The results showed that work-life balance had no significant effect on employee performance. In contrast, the intermediate variables like employee engagement and job satisfaction significantly influenced employee performance. Likewise, the indirect impact of work-life balance on employee performance through employee engagement and job satisfaction had a significant effect.en_US
