This study was an observational study with a cross-sectional study design. The research instrument was a validated questionnaire and distributed via WhatsApp group of Branch Committee of The Indonesian Pharmacists Association Jambi Province. All statistical analyses were analyzed using SPSS, version 20. Fifty-seven respondents participated in this study. The results showed that 40,4% of pharmacists had a high level of knowledge, 63,2% had positive attitude, and 54,4% had good practice regarding COVID-19. Statistical analysis showed a significant correlation between attitude and practice (p-value 0,002) and no correlation between knowledge and attitude and knowledge and practice.
