Abstract

Studi Kenyamanan Sepatu Kain Blacu Dwi Retno, Siti Nurrohmah, Sri Endah Wahyuningsih Jurusan Pendidikan Kesejahteraan Keluarga, Fakultas Teknik Universitas Negeri Semarang, Gedung E8 Kampus Sekaran Gunungpati Semarang 50229 Corresponding author: dwiretno88@yahoo.co.id Abstract There are many kinds of woman shoes which offer variations in model with variation prices and different quality. This research used calico as the main material in making process of woman shoes' models, because the utilization calico is still limited. Based on those reasons above, the aim of this research is to find out comfort level of calico shoes. The design of research used survey with 190 population came from education of fashion students on Semarang States Universities. The biggest of samplers are 66 of population with purposive sampling and used percentage-descriptive analysis of data. The result of percentage are 12,05% to appreciating very comfy, 41,26% to appreciating comfy, 34,87% to appreciating comfy enough, 11,11% to appreciating in poor comfy, and 0,71% to appreciating uncomfortable. The descriptive results of all models of shoes are 70,57%. Based on those percentage, it shows that models of shoe belongs to interval group 68%-83,99%, so that obtain high comfort criteria. In conclusion is calico shoes are comfy for those respondents and met the criteria of highly comfy, with the results that would be suggested to references for choosing comfortable, creative, and innovative of shoes.
