Abstract: Pengaruh Motivasi Ekstrinsik terhadap Keaktifan Belajar Siswa Program Keahlian Tata Busana Mata Pelajaran Membuat Pola di SMK Negeri 1 Plupuh Uswatun Khasanah dan Wulansari Prasetyaningtyas Program Studi Pendidikan Tata Busana, Jurusan Pendidikan Kesejahteraan Keluarga, Fakultas Teknik, Universitas Negeri Semarang, Kampus Sekaran, Gunungpati, Semarang 50229 Corresponding author: najwasyerazi@gmail.com Abstract. The purpose of this study to determine whether there is influence of extrinsic motivation on student learning activities and how much influence on student learning activities. The object of research in this study is the students learning activities in the Pattern Making subject. The results showed that there is a significant influence between extrinsic motivation on students learning activities. The result of linearity test shows that F hit = 1,665 and F tab = 2,828 for significance level 5%, thus F hit < F tab so that regression equation Y over X is linear. In result of calculation of significance test show that F hit = 28,20 and F tab = 4,225 for significance level 5% thus F hit > F tab so regresi Y over X is significant so "extrinsic motivation influence to student learning activities". The calculation result gives regression equation Ŷ = -33,606 + 0,757 X. This shows that the higher extrinsic motivation given by the teacher can make the students learning activities be higher too. The calculation coefficient calculation is 0.52. This shows that extrinsic motivation has a contribution of 52% in influencing students' learning activity while the remaining 48% is influenced by other factors outside the research variables. Keywords: Effectiveness, team assisted individualization, learning outcomes, children's clothing.
