Abstract: | Efektivitas Model Pembelajaran Team Assisted Individualization (TAI) pada Hasil Belajar Membuat Busana Anak Kelas XI SMK Cut Nya’ Dien Semarang Najua dan Widowati Program Studi Pendidikan Tata Busana, Jurusan Pendidikan Kesejahteraan Keluarga, Fakultas Teknik, Universitas Negeri Semarang, Kampus Sekaran, Gunungpati, Semarang 50229 Corresponding author: najwasyerazi@gmail.com Abstract. The purpose of this research are: (1) to know the effectiveness of TAI Learning Model on learning to Make Class XI Children's Clothing in SMK Cut Nya 'Dien Semarang, (2) How big the effectiveness of TAI Learning Model on the learning result Make Class XI Children's Clothing in SMK Cut His' Dien Semarang. This research is a quasi experimental research with One Group Pretest-Posttest research design. Sampling technique is saturated sampling. Result of research based on t test analysis from mean value of learning result show thitung ≥ ttable (20.56 ≥ 2.03), and based on result of gain test obtained value 0,69. The conclusion obtained is that there is an effectiveness that shows the improvement of learning outcomes with the Team Assisted Individualization (TAI) learning model into the medium category. Suggestions that can be proposed in the application of learning TAI is a weakness in the aspects of group learning and psychomotor, can be overcome by active teachers and participate assisting and directing students in groups, provision of guided training.
