Garment sewing operator skills training at the Textile and Footwear Product Industry Center (BIPTAK) is one of the non-formal educational institutions that has heterogeneous students, from different educational backgrounds, diverse learning motivations as well. This heterogeneous level that makes the success of learning every student is not the same between students with one another. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression method using SPSS. Data collection techniques used in this study used a questionnaire, observation and documentation. The results of the data analysis showed that there was a positive and significant relationship between the variables of age, education, and motivation with learning outcomes in sewing, where the R value was 0,441 and the significance value for the relationship of age, education, and motivation simultaneously with sewing learning outcomes was 0,033 > 0,05. The coefficient of determination of 19,4% shows that age, education, and motivation contribute to learning outcomes in sewing. Keywords: Sewing; Motivation; Education; Age
