dc.description.abstract | OPTIMALISASI PEMBUATAN MALAM BATIK DAUR ULANG MENGGUNAKAN METODE TAGUCHI Fauziyah Fauziyah, Rodia Syamwil, dan Wulansari Agus Haerudin Pendidikan Kesejahteraan Keluarga, Fakultas Teknik, Universitas Negeri Semarang fauziyah.22agst@gmail.com, rodiasyamwil@mail.unnes.ac.id Abstract. Recycled batik wax is a type of batik night that is produced from the waste processing of ex-pelorodan night, the process of making recycled night is called njebor. This study aims to obtain the optimal composition of the recycled batik night by the Taguchi method, consisting of 4 controlled factors namely used nights, gondorukem, paraffin and kendal, each of which has 3 levels. The number of levels and factors available can be determined by the number of rows for the orthogonal array matrix, which is 9 so that the appropriate orthogonal array is setting the optimal level of the quality level of the sharpness of the motif as a basis for improving the quality of recycled batik wax products is used for 420 grams of night, 80 grams of gondorukem, 70 grams of paraffin and 30 grams of kendal, from the analysis of variance mean and SNR gives the result that F count is greater than This F table means that all factors are significant for the sharpness of the motives.
