Abstract

Perbandingan Hasil Jadi Bustier Menggunakan Pola J.H. Bustier is an underwear or outerwear fit in body, a combination of bra or corset which does not have shoulder straps able to tighten the waist and chest to make the chest look fuller. The accuracy in choosing a pattern system will affect the results of bustier. J.H. Meyneke has two coupes, in shoulder and in waist for people who have big breasts. The Charmant pattern system has coup that suitable for women who have a large body shape and suitable for forming the chest, both of these patterns are suitable for the construction of a bustier pattern. The purpose of this study is to determine whether there are differences in the results of making Bustier using J.H Meyneke pattern system and Charmant pattern system. This study is a comparative study using a pre-experimental one-shot case study experimental design, a group was treated, and the results were then observed. Respondents of this study were 47 panelists. The data analysis technique used was Independent T-test to see the differences in the average results of a bustier and Friedman test was carried out to see the differences of overall results of a bustier. The results of Independent T-test stated that bustier size S, has value of sig fcount = 0.025 <ftable = 0.05. bustier size M, has value of sig fcount = 0.417> ftable = 0.05. Bustier size L, has sig fcount = 0.135> ftable = 0.05. Friedman test results stated that the value of sig fcount = 0.117> ftable = 0.05. The conclusion of this study was there were differences in the final results on the bustier size S and there was no difference in the final results of bustier size M and L. From the Friedman test results which had concluded there was no difference in the results of the bustier using the J.H Meyneke pattern system. and Charmant pattern system.
