Abstract

Kualitas Pembuatan Cape Teknik Crochet Kusuma Dewi, dan Widowati Program Studi Pendidikan Tata Busana, Fakultas Teknik, Universitas Negeri Semarang, Gedung E10 Lt 2 Kampus Sekaran, Gunungpati, Semarang 50229 kdewi1939@gmail.com, widowati@mail.unnes.ac.id Abstract. The purpose of this study was to determine differences in the quality of the crochet technique cape. The research method is experiental research, the type of experiment in this study is pure, namely the experiment of making cape with crochet technique, in making cape of crochet technique using 3 different basic ingredients of rayon yarn. The variables in this study are independent variables, namely 3 type of rayon yarn and the dependent variables isthe quality of the crochet technique cape. Data collection method in this study is observation with product observation sheet tested by 58 respondents. Data analysis techniques using one way analysis of variance (ANOVA). The results of the quality analysis of the cape show that the cape product as a whole is right, by showing that Fcount>Ftable (11.982>3.046), and significant level < 0.05 (0.000<0.05) then Ho rejected which means that there are differences in the result of making crochet cape techniques using various kinds of rayon yarn. Cape 1 > cape 2, cape 1 > cape 3, cape 2 < cape 1, cape 2 < cape 3, cape 3 < cape 1, cape 3 > cape 2, from this comparisons we get the conclusions of the 3 types of products as follows, cape crochet soft rayon small ply yarn > cape crochet soft rayon big ply yarn > cape crochet sweet rayon pita yarn. Overall the rating of cape crochet soft rayon small ply yarn has a very good rating, because it has a quality material that is smooth, lightweight, and comfortable. A suggestion for next researcher is creating cape crochet with thread and design appropriate and varied. Keyword: Crochet, Cape Quality, Yarn
