Pants are one of the trending women's work clothes because they allow the wearers to be more active and therefore become more productive. The difference in women body curves causes several problems in the manufacture of women's pants. This study aims to determine the differences in the manufacture results of women's pants using the Aldrich and Porrie Muliawan system patterns of S and L in terms of comfort level. The research method used is quantitative research methods. The data collection technique used was observation using a questionnaire as the research instrument with a total sample of 30 people each with S and L body size. The data analysis technique used in this study was t test. Based on the research results, for the S size, the Sig. (2-tailed) score was 0.965. Since 0.965> 0.05, Ho is accepted. It means, there is no difference in the mean score of the comfort level of the pants using Aldrich pattern and the Porrie Muliawan pattern. In S size, the waistline of the Porrie Muliawan system pattern is better and more comfortable than the Alridch system pattern. However, on the pleats application, the Aldrich system pattern is better than the Porrie Muliawan pattern. Meanwhile, in terms of pocket, gore, comfort, and total look, both results do not have much different. Whereas in the size L, column of t-test for Equality of Means on the Equal variances assumed row, the score of Sig. (2-tailed) = 0.836. Since 0.836> 0.05, then Ho is accepted. It means, there is no difference in the mean score of the comfort level of the pants of Aldrich pattern and the Porrie Muliawan pattern here. For L size, the waist and pocket of the Porrie Muliawan pattern system is better than the Aldrich pattern system. Overall, however, Aldrich's pattern is perceived to be superior to that of Porrie-Mulwan's system. The conclusion of this study states that there is no difference in the results of women's pants manufacture using the Aldrich and Porrie Muliawan system patterns of S and L size in terms of comfort level.
