HUBUNGAN PENGETAHUAN DAN SIKAP IBU DENGAN PEMBERIAN IMUNISASI LENGKAP PADA BALITA DI KELURAHAN SIHITANG KOTA PADANGSIDIMPUAN

Abstract

Every year around 1,4 million child in this world died because various diseases that fact could prevented one of them with immunization. In Indonesia the year of 2017 national achievements to reachs 92%. In the region sihitang achievements imunisasion to reach 53,49% the years of 2018. The purpose of this researeh to know relationship between knowledge and attitude mother with giving complete immunization in tiddlers. Types of research used method analytic survey with research cross sectional study, use test chisquare with a= 0,05 total population 109 person ad sample 85 person. The results obtained between knowledge with giving complete immunization is obtained p= 0,550 that means no connection between of knowledge with giving comple immunization. And the resuld obtained between attitude with giving comple immunization is obtained p=0,002 that means relationship between attitude with giving complete immunization in toddlers. Recommended to mother’s toddler to want come to posyandu, puskesmas, and counseling wich era held by health workers especially in order to increase knowledge about immunization
