PENGARUH PENYULUHAN SADARI DENGAN MENGGUNAKAN ALAT PERAGA (PHANTOM) TERHADAP PENINGKATAN PENGETAHUAN SISWI SMA NEGERI 1 KECAMATAN ARSE KABUPATEN TAPANULI SELATAN TAHUN 2019

Abstract

Breast cencer is ranked second of all types of cencer that cause death in women in Indonesia, Tlrus requiring adequate intervention through early prevention. To detect early breast ahnormalities can be done by your self known us SADARI (breast ,self- examinütio). The pur¡tt>,se af this stttdy wds to cletermtne the ffict of counseling to be uware of using phantom prop$ to increase the knowledge oJ' ,/emale students in SMA Negeri I Ar.te in south Tapanuli clistrict in 2019' This was an experirnental study with pre eksperintent one group pretestpo,ctte,st design. The treattnent is counseling with phantom props. Nwnber oJ' sample ares 35 female students. Results will be analized hy using Wilcoxon test. The resuh.s of tlze study showed that the knowleclge of students before receiving counseling was mostly sufficient (82,9%o), after getting counseling students knowledge improved to good (51,4%o) with an averagevalue of lcnowledge beþre ctnrnseling B,l4 and after being given counseling to 10,14 with a value of p: 0,000, it can be concluded that there are dffirent in student knowletlge beþre and after counseling obout SADARI of 1,97 of lmowledge. So that there is an effect of counseling with phantom teaching aids on increasing student knowledge abaut SADARI. It is expected that tlæ education and hectltlz sen,ice wil] collaborate in a effort to prevent the occunence of breast cencer among, woment especially fentale students in the working area of the district of south tapanuli by conducting sosialization of early detection of breast õrr"r, with SADARI using phantom prop.s:.
