HUBUNGAN PENGETAHUAN IBU DAN DUKUNGAN PETUGAS KESEHATAN DENGAN PEMBERIAN IMUNISASI DASAR LENGKAP DI WILAYAH KERJA PUSKESMAS PANYABUNGAN JAE KABUPATEMANDAILING NATAL TAHUN 2019

Abstract

The coverage of complete basic immunization in infants in the last 3 years has decreased, namely in 2016 reaching 90.55%, in 2017 (61.69%) and in 2018 (47.7%). Many factors cause the completeness of immunization, including the attitude of the officer, location of the immunization, attendance of the officer, mother's age, level of education of the mother, belief in the adverse effects of immunization, maternal employment status, family traditions, level of mother's knowledge, and family support. This type of research is quantitative with crosssectional design and a sample of 55 mothers who have babies aged 10-12 months. The sampling technique uses total sampling. The analysis used was the Kolmogorov Smirnov 2xk test to determine the relationship of maternal knowledge and the chi squared test to determine the relationship of health care support. The results obtained the majority of low knowledge of mothers as many as 19 people (34.5%) and the majority of health workers do not support as many as 29 respondents (52.7%) Based on the results of the study concluded that there is a relationship between maternal knowledge (p value = 0.036) and support of health workers (p value = 0.002) by providing complete basic immunization in the working area of Panyabungan Jae Public Health Center Mandailing Natal in 2019. It is hoped to encourage the public, LPM, and health cadres to support and improve the complete basic immunization program
