HUBUNGAN PERAN KADER DAN BIDAN DENGAN KUNJUNGAN POSYANDU BALITA DI WILAYAH KERJA PUSKESMAS SIMARPINGGAN TAHUN 2019

Abstract

Posyandu is aþrm of Upaya Kesehatan Bersumber Drya Masyarukat (UKBM) which aims to reduce infnnt and maternal mortality. The vísit of children under fme in posyandu ís very important to be carried out to monitor the growth and development of ínfants. 98o/o, South Tapamit Regency + 58o/o and in the Simarpinggan Heslth Center Area in 2017 only + 44%. And this is certainly still below the mìnitmtm target of 9}%.Whereas the things that influence the visit of the Posyandu for under-fwes are the role of the Cadre, the role of the Midwife, the age of the under-fives, the distance to the place of health services and the lach of attractive infrastructwe in the posyandu..The tlpe of research used was quantitative with cross sectional study design ond the sample in this study were all posyandu as rnafly as 3l The results of univariate dato analysis were cadres playing 51.6% inactive ønd actíve 48.4 o/ù Midwives play an active role is 51.6% and active 48-1%. The Chi-square test results obtained p volue : 0,000 (p <0-05), it can be concluded that there is a relationship between the role of cadres and midwives with the visit of children under five Posyandu in the working area of Simarpinggan puskesmas in 2019.
