Abstract: Clean and healthy life behavior (PHBS) in the Household is an effort to empower household members to know, want and be able to practice clean and healthy behavior and play an active role in the health movement in the community. Nationally, the percentage of households that practice clean and healthy living behaviors is 56.58%. Data from Padangsidimpuan city health office in 2018 percentage of households with PHBS was 75.37%. Achievement of households with Labuhan Rasoki PHBS PHBS is only 27.92%. The low achievement of households with PHBS Labuhan Rasoki Puskesmas in 2018 compared to other puskesmas. This study analyzes the relationship between mother's knowledge and the application of clean and healthy living behaviors in families in Labuhan Rasoki Village, Padangsidimpuan City in 2019. This type of research is quantitative with cross-sectional design. The population in this study were housewives in Labuhan Rasoki Village in 2019 totaling 489 households with a total sample of 83 people. The sampling technique is proportionate staratified random sampling. The results showed that there is a relationship between mother's knowledge and the application of clean and healthy living behaviors in the family, the probability value (P) = 0.017 <0.05. It is hoped that this research can be used as input for Labuhan Rasoki Public Health Center and Padangsidimpuan City Health Office in determining program priorities related to Clean and Healthy Lifestyle.
