ANALISIS DETERMINAN FAKTOR RISIKO GAGAL GINJAL KRONIK DI RSUD KABUPATEN TAPANULI SELATAN TAHUN 2019

Abstract

The chronic Kidney dease (GGK) is a progressive loss of kidney fuction over saveral months or years. The chronic kidney faiurel is one of the 10th biggest disease in Regional public hospital Tapanuli Selatan, there are 35 patients with chronic kidney failure, the biggest caseof chronic kidney failure including : hypertension the are 21 patients diabetes mellitus is 14 patients. The research was conducted to determine the risk and factor for the caused of chronic kidney failure in Regional public hospital Tapanuli Selatan. The type of research is “analytical survey” design “case control” with a population of 35 people from hemodialysis patients who suffer from chronic kinney failure, case 35 and control 35 of people, The selection of special sampel by means of a total sampling of 35 patients with chronic kidney failure and the selection of controls by exhautive sample of 35 people from oyhe non-communicable. The research shows that there is a significant relationship between hypertension and the occurrence of chronic kidney failure, that is value 0,031 (< 0,005,) OR = 3.273 where patients suffering from hypertension are likely to be 3.373 time and the risk of chronic kidney failure and diabetes militus with value 0,032 (<0,005),OR = 4.000)where the patients suffering from diabetes mellitus maybe 4.000 time at risk to chronoc kidney failure.
