HUBUNGAN PENGETAHUAN DAN SIKAP IBU HAMIL TENTANG PEMERIKSAAN HIV/AIDS DI WILAYAH PUSKESMAS PADANGMATINGGI KECAMATAN PADANGSIDIMPUANAN SELATAN TAHUN 20I9

Abstract

One of the diseases that spread very quickly and is very dangerous is the Huinan Immunodeficiency Virus / Acquirecl Immune Deficiency Synclrome. 'fhe spread of HIV / AIDS has been from 498 districts / cities throughout the Indonesian province.;HIV / AIDS examination at the Padangmatinggi Public Health Center at 45%. The purpose of this study was to analyze the relationship betweetr knowledge and attitudes of pregnant women about HIV / AIDS testing in the working area of the Padangmatinggi Flealth Center irt 2019. This study ttsed a clescriptive correlation design r,vith the Cross Sectional approach. The research sample was 68 pregnant women as determined by Simpie Random Sampling. Based on the Chi Square statistical test ii was founrl that the variables of knou'ledge and attitude had a significant relationship with HIV / AIDS testing with a P-Value <0.1. Researchers'conclusion is that there is a significant relationship between knowledge and attitudes of pregnant women about Ï{IV i AIDS testing (P-Value knowledge : 0,000 and P-Value Attitudes: 0.001 <0.1). Suggested respondents to carry out HIV / AIDS checks, keep trying to f,rnd the latest information related to HIV i AIDS, it is expected that the Padangmatinggi Ilealth Center to make new innovations such as pregnant women study groups, pregnant women exercises so that pregnant women are able to change their mindset to check HIV / AIDS ancl informs across sectors in order to plovide changes in the behavior of pregnant women.
