FAKTOR – FAKTOR YANG BERHUBUNGAN DENGAN KUNJUNGAN LANSIA KE POS PELAYANAN TERPADU LANSIA DI PUSKESMAS PINTU LANGIT TAHUN 2019

Abstract

Integrated elderly service post is a form of integrated health services for the elderly at the village / kelurahan level in each Puskesmas working area. Pintu Langit Health Center has elderly visits in 2017 as many as 26 people (10.8%) and in 2018 as many as 26 people (10.2%). From the data obtained by the heaven's door health centers have elderly visits to the elderly integrated services post of the 10 lowest Puskesmas in Padangsidimpuan City. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors associated with elderly visits to integrated service posts for elderly in the work area of Pintu Langit Health Center. the type of research used is quantitative with a cross sectional study approach. The population in this study is the elderly aged 45 - 59 years and> 60 years, amounting to 239 people, with a total sample of 70 people. This study uses the chi-square test analysis. The results of this study found that there was a relationship between the motivation of the elderly (p = 0,000), support for the family (p = 0,000), accessibility ((p = 0.006), and elderly visits to the integrated services post of the elderly in the working area of Pintu Langit Health Center in 2019. The results of the study is expected to increase awareness of the elderly so that they always check their health at the integrated services post of the elderly
