ANALISIS CAPAIAN MEMBERANTAS JENTIK DIRUMAH DALAM PROGRAM PERILAKU HIDUP BERSIH DAN SEHAT(PHBS) DI WILAYAH KERJA PUSKESMAS SADABUAN KELURAHAN BATANG AYUMI TAHUN 2018

Abstract

Health is a human right and also an investment for the success of nation building. The National Health Survey (2016) shows that the achievement of new homes that carry out PHBS (IV classification) ranges from 24.38%. in North Sumatra, households with new PHBS reached 55.32%. This study uses a type of QUALITATIVE research with a phenomenological approach. The research imporm in this study was the head of the Sadabuan health center, the head of the PHBS extension department, larva monitoring staff, Puskesmas Sadabuan cadre and community leaders. The method in this study uses interviews, observation and document review. The results of this study are strong indicators that have not been achieved PHBS home order that is about eradicating larvae at home and not smoking in the house which is where only 65% and 50% can be achieved. The implementation of the PHBS program for household challenges in Puskesmas Sadabuan is carried out by health cadres, in carrying out data collection activities, health cadres carry PHBS assessment data collection sheets and prepare everything to go down the field such as preparing themselves in in-depth interviews with the communities to be visited and the coverage of clean living behavior programs and healthy (PHBS) the household order in Puskesmas Sadabuan has not been reached.
