HUBUNGAN KONDISI FISIK RUMAH DAN PERILAKU PENGHUNI TERHADAP KEJADIAN TUBERKULOSIS PARU DI DESA HUTA KOJE KECAMATAN PADANGSIDIMPUAN TENGGARA KOTA PADANGSIDIMPUAN TAHUN 2018

Abstract

Tuberculosis is a bacterial infection caused by Mycobacterium Tuberculosis most often infects the lungs.Pulmonary TB cases in Indonesia was ranked the third largest in the world 42.000 cases.This is due to the large number of cases smear positive. The House is a unqualified of risk factors of pulmonary Tuberculosis.The purpose of this research is to know the relationship of the physical condition of the home and the behaviour of occupants against Pulmonary TB incidence in the village of Huta Koje Padangsidimpuan Southeast of the year 2018.Designs used are descriptive research study design correlation with cross sectional.Sample research as much as 68 respondents. Statistic test used is Fisher ExactTest. The result of this research based on univariat and bivariat homephysical condition qualifies 52 person (76,5%), P = 0.000 and the behaviour of occupants qualifies 53 person (77,9%), P = 0.001. This research is expected to advise the public to maximize solar illumination the influx into the whole room by opening the window of the living room and the room every day so that sunlight can enter the greetings of the room evenly so it can kill bacteria Pulmonary Tubercolusis
