dc.description.abstractRestaurant as one of home industry for production whit have the complete eiquipment that used to make, to save and to process food production. By supplying, drinking and food, three fore restaurant should have the criteria of goveroment regulation No 1096/Menkes/ PER/ VI/ 2011. aims to reseach know the sanitation and hygeine at the restaurant in sub-distriet of Kotanopan Mandailing Natal. Research design was deskriptive the sample of the reseach were consisting of 18 restaurant. The data were analysed by using univariat. The finding shows that the restaurant which fulfill the criteria of Permenkes were about 10 restaurant (56,6 %) and does not fulfill the criteria were about 8 restaurant (44,4 %). At in procurement of foodstuffs (83,3%), food stroge (72,2 %), food processing (66,6%), food serving (77,8 %) andobservasion (88,9 %).This research suggest that the owner of the restaurant should be pay attention for facilities sanitations at the restaurant.en_US
