dc.description.abstractMalnutrition is still the most serious global health problem and is a major contributor to children mortality. This is all due to nutritional problems is the basic factor of various health problem, especially infants and children. Thus, it is clear that nutritionshould receive serious attentions from allsides, and nutritions must be positioned back in the center of the nation. Many activitas are less successfulwhenmalnutritionisstillaproblem. The goal of the research to know the correction of the mothersaboot infant nutrition with nutritional status of children in the village bintujukecamatanbatangangkola the research is descriptif correction. Population in this study are all mothers who have children that wiht total sampling technique studied by the relation ship of know ledge mothers with infant nutritional status processed data editing , cooding, ang tabulation analyzed and collected in the tableangcontinuedtodiscusstheresuitofthestudy. The resuit of the research revealed that the caracteristic of the mayority aged 20-35 years as many as 13 people (43,3%), the mayority of educated ase junior high school SMP. And the working as a self employed 14 people (46,7%), and the mayority know ledgeabel enough as many as 20 people. And the as many mayority infant wihtadequate nutrition status of as many as 24 people. After data in the analysis of 30 respondents based on a statistical test of knowledge and nutritional status variabels using the chi- square test was obtained p = 0,074 (>0,05) means thae there is no correlation between knowledge of mothers whit infantnutritionalstatus,thanHoacceptedandHarejected.en_US
