dc.description.abstractWHO maternal death is the death that occurs during pregnancy, childbirth or within 42 days after delivery by the causes that relate directly or indirectlyfrompregnancyorchildbirth. Senamhamilmerupakanterapilatihangerak the Antenatal Care (ANC) as an effort to prevent the start of a pregnancy risk factor. This type of research is descriptive correlation with cross sectional study to determine the relationship of knowledge of pregnant women about the high risk pregnancy with antenatal care visit adherence By using primary data and secondary data sampling method with atotalpopulationof32respondents. Based on the results of this research is the level of knowledge of 32 respondents the majority of pregnant women have knowledge were as many as 15 people (46.9%). Based on the compliance of the 32 respondents, the majority of pregnant women do not obey as many as 22 people (68.8%). From the results of statisticalanalysisusingChi-SquareacquiredP=0.035(<0.05)meansthatthere isarelationshipbetweenknowledgeandadherenceantenatalcarevisits. It is expected that the respondent trimester pregnant women in order to improve knowledge about high-risk pregnancy pregnant women are expected to be able to detect life-threatening complications, health officials are expected to improveeducationandhealthpromotionactivitiestothepublic.en_US
