dc.description.abstract | Chronic energy deficiency (CED) is a state of pregnant women who suffer from food shortages lasting (chronic) with the onset of health problems in pregnant women. Factors related to the incidence of Chronic energy deficiency (CED) in pregnant women include lack of education, family income, and birth spacing is too close causing poor nutritional status of pregnant women and the numberofbabiesborn(parity), The purpose of this study was to determine the factors associated with the incidence of Chronic Energy Deficiency in pregnant women at health centers Pijorkoling Padangsidimpuan 2016. This research used analytic survey research with cross sectional design. The population in this study all pregnant women who visited the health center Padangsidimpuan City Pijorkoling many as 39 people using accidental sampling technique Data analysis was performed with chisquaretest. The results showed that There is a relationship between education (Pvalue = 0.000) and family income (p-value = 0.002) and the incidence of SEZ in pregnant women at health centers Pijorkoling Padangsidimpuan 2016, this is evidenced by the results of chi-square test with p Value-of <0.05, and photo correlation maternal age (p-value = 0.686), spacing pregnancies (p-value = 0.151) and parity (P-value = 0.304) and the incidence of SEZ in pregnant women at health centers Pijorkoling Padangsidimpuan 2016, this is evidenced by the resultsofthechi-squaretestwithp-value>0.05 Suggestions for health workers to better improve health promotion through community education related to the importance of nutrition during pregnancy, and pregnant women to enable class as well as provide health educationonKEKandfactorcauses | en_US |
