dc.description.abstractMalaria is an infectious disease that can infect humans until menyebabkan death, especially in tropical regions such as Africa and Indonesia. With increasing knowledge of housewives about malaria prevention would lower therateofdiseaseprogressionmalaria. This study aims to identify the relationship between the level of knowledge housewife on the prevention of malaria in Sub Pardomuan using descriptive design kolerasional. Samples of this study were 38 Housewife of age 20 years or older in the village Pardomuan. Determination of the number of samplesbasedonthetotalsampling. Theresultsofthestudywithchisquareshowedasignificantrelationship betweenknowledgehousewifetangggaaboutmalariapreventionwithp=0.00. Of the 38 respondents 15.8% had sufficient knowledge and by 2.6% of respondents had a good knowledge of 81.6%, less support is categorized and 15.8%categorytodoprevention. It is expected to conduct research on the relationship housewife knowledge about malaria prevention in a different place with a number of the largerpopulationinordertocomplementthisresearch.en_US
