Abstract

Menopause is a process of transition from a productive period heading slowly to the downtime caused by the decreasing ekstrogen and progesterone hormones. This study aims to determine the relationship of knowledge with pralansiamotherattitudeindealingwithmenopause. This research method is correlation. The population in this study were all mothersof31people,withatotalsampleof31respondents,takentottalsampling. Data was collected through interviews using a questionnaire and then presented inafrequency distributiontableandcrosstable. The results of this study indicate that the majority of respondents have any kind of work as a Housewife many as 22 respondents (71.0%) and have low education levels ie primary or junior high as 22 respondents (71.0%). There is a relationship between knowledge with attitude pralansia mother in the face of menopausewithavalueofp=0.002(p<0.05). Suggested to health officials in Puskesmas Panyabungan order to conduct socializationtoallmotherspralansiaaboutmenopause.
