dc.description.abstractResearchers aimed to determine Shrimp Crackers Processing Sanitation Hygiene Salambue Village District of Southeast Padangsidimpuan Padangsidimpuan City. This design uses a descriptive study with a sample of 6 people. Measuring instruments used were questionnaires obtained with 67% who know the hygiene sanitation based processing place, who knows sanitation hygiene by handlers or its existing 20%, knowing hygiene sanitation cookware only 20%, and who knows sanitation hygiene by way of food processing only 20 % only. Based on the 13 research results obtained, the researchers suggest further research is expected to be able to continue this research by looking at household sanitation hygiene industry. Benefits from this research is that people mainly industrial households prefer the cleanliness of all things in the food processing sanitation and hygiene can be improved further so as maintenance of healthy food and clean.
