dc.description.abstract | Acute respiratory infections (ARI) is an acute respiratory infection that attacks the nose, throat and lungs that lasts approximately 14 days, ISPA regarding the structure of the channel above the larynx, but most of these diseases on the part of the channel up and down as a stimulant or sequentially , This type of research is Quantitative Research Methods with Cross Sectional approach. When the study was conducted in March s / year to May 2015. The purpose of this study to determine relationship with Genesis Behavioral Family Head ISPA in the Village District of Padangsidimpuan Angkola Joring Natobang Julu Year 2015. Method used to collect data through questionnaires and interviews. samples in this study were a total of 39 people. Results There is a relationship of knowledge with the incidence of ARI in the village Joring Natobang District of Padangsidimpuan Angkola Julu 2015 (p = 0.001). There is a relationship attitude to the events in the village ISPA Joring Natobang District of Padangsidimpuan Angkola Julu 2015 (p = 0.001). There is a relationship with the incidence of ISPA action in the District Natobang Joring village Padangsidimpuan Angkola Julu 2015 (p = 0.000). Expected that the health worker in the village health center Joring Natobang District of Padangsidimpuan Angkola Julu, in order to conduct outreach to the community about ARI, in order to avoid respiratory diseases. Expected to villagers Joring Natobang District of Padangsidimpuan Angkola Julu order to increase knowledge about the disease and how to prevent respiratory infection in order to avoid respiratory diseases either through electronic media, print media, as well as from health workers.
