Abstract: Indonesia, as one of the countries that are still at risk of Malaria, in 2009 there were approximately 2 million cases of clinical malaria and 350 thousand cases were confirmed positif.Penelitian aims to determine the relationship of family behavior on preventing the incidence of malaria in the village of Huta Pardomuan 2015. This type of research is analytic descriptive cross sectional study. This research was conducted in the village of Huta Pardomuan using simple random sampling technique with a total sample of 48 head keluarga.Alat measurement used is a questionnaire with 20 statements were developed by the researchers. The analysis is the analysis of univariate statistical tests and analysis bivariat.Hasil with chi square test was obtained value of α = 0.005 <(0.05), Ha is received, there is a relationship between knowledge of the family with the prevention of malaria, Statistical test result with chi square test was obtained value of α = 0.134 > (0.05), Ha is rejected, there is no family relationship attitude with the incidence of Malaria. α = 0.007 <(0.05), Ha is received, there is a relationship between the incidence of family action Malaria.di the District village of Huta Pardomuan Sayur Matinggi Matinggi Year 2015. Diharapkan to the community village of Huta Pardomuan in order to improve knowledge about malaria so that they can perform better action on the prevention of malaria.
