dc.description.abstractWater is the most important thing in life after air. About three-quarters used to be part of our body is composed of water and no one can survive more than 4-5 days without drinking water, water used for cooking, washing, bathing and cleaning up around the house. The use of water does not meet health requirements can cause health problems. Behavior is an activity or activities of organisms ( living things ) are concerned. In other words, human behavior are all either human activity or activity that can be observed directly, such as talking, walking , laughing , and so on , and that can not be observed by outsiders such as thinking , fantasizing and so forth . Skinner in Notoadmodjo (2010 ) decided that the behavior is a person's response or reaction to the stimulus ( stimuli from the outside ). This type of research is descriptive, to determine the level of knowledge, attitudes and actions of the public about the use of clean water and health complaints in the Village District of Angkola Julu Joring Lombang Padangsidimpuan City. Respondents in this study is the head of the family totaling 68 respondents. The results showed 68 respondents 39 (42.9%) knowledgeable good, 39 (42.9%) being good and 47 (68.6%) also had a good action. For the health complaints of 68 respondents 47 (68.6%) experienced health complaints. Keywords: Water, Behavior, Health Complainten_US
