FAKTOR – FAKTOR FISIK RUMAH YANG MEMPENGARUHI KEJADIAN TB PARU DI KELURAHAN SADABUAN KECAMATAN PADANGSIDIMPUAN UTARA KOTA PADANGSIDIMPUAN TAHUN 2015

Abstract

Tuberculosis is a direct contagion that caused by germs TB ( Mycrobacterium Tuberculosis). Houses without health requirement are one of risk factor of pulmonary tuberculosis. This study determines effect between physical condition of houses with the event of pulmonary tuberculosis cases in the village work area of health center in Sadabuan. This research is descriptive analytic study with case control design method that aims to describe the physical factors that affect the home pulmonary TB incidence. The sample in this study are patients with pulmonary TB and not pulmonary tuberculosis patients who totaled 14 people. The sampling technique using Accidental sampling. Analysis using Chi- Square. The results showed that there was no influence between the house floor p value = 0515, the walls of the house p value = 0.280, p value = ventilation 0593 homes, and home lighting p value = 0515. It is advised that relevant parties to participate in reducing pulmonary TB cases in the village work area of Health Center in Sadabuan. Key words : Pulmonary TB, Physical House, Factors
