dc.description.abstractThere are activities by cadres at posyandu hope it can help improve public health status in Indonesia. The purpose of this research to know The Factors Of Related with Cadre Activity In Providing Basic Immunization Information in the Sipiongot Public Health Center Working Area Kabupaten Padang Lawas Utara. The type of research used is descriptive quantitative with a Cross Sectional Study approach. This research will be carried out in the working area of the Sipiongot Public Health Center, Kabupaten Padang Lawas Utara. The population in the study is all posyandu cadres at Sipiongot Health Center, North Padang Lawas Regency in 2021 as many as 232 cadres and the sample is part of posyandu cadres as many as 70 cadres. The research results show chi square test statistical analysis knowledge value obtained (p = 0.040 <0.05), marital status (p = 0.034<0.05), work (p = 0.190>0.05) and incentives (p = 0.010<0.05). The conclusion is that there is a relationship of knowledge marital status and incentives with active cadres, while there is no work relationship with cadre activity. To posyandu cadres to increase activity in the delivery of information to society in an effort to improve health status.en_US
