GAMBARAN KARAKTERISTIK DAN PENGETAHUAN IBU TENTANG PERAWATAN LUKA PERINEUM DI PRAKTEK MANDIRI BIDAN LANNIARI DESA BAHAL KECAMATAN PORTIBI TAHUN 2021

Abstract

Maternal mortality ratein Indonesia in 2020of 205 per 100,000 KH.Cause of maternal deathin Indonesia in 2019still dominated by bleeding,hypertension in pregnancyand puerperal infectionespecially infectionin perineal wounds. The Research purposes to knowThe description of Character and mother's knowledge about perineal wound careat the Lanniari Midwife Independent Practice In Desa Bahal Kecamatan Portibi 2021. This research isquantitative research with a cross sectional approach.Population isall postpartum motherswho visited to Lanniari Midwife Independent Practice In Desa Bahal Kecamatan Portibi 2021 totaling 35 people.The sampling technique is total sampling.The data analysis method isunivariate analysis The results of the study show that the majority of respondentsare at the age of 20-35 years,majority of respondentslow education (SD, SMP),and the majority of respondents areunemployed mother,The majority of respondents' knowledge is sufficientnamely as many as 23 people (65.7%). It is recommended that postpartum mothersmore actively digging for informationabout mother's healthespecially regardingperineal wound care,good informationfrom health services as well as from the environment.Health workersto be more activein givinghealth educationto societyespecially to momregarding maternal healthespecially aboutperineal wound carein postpartum mothers.
