GAMBARAN TINGKAT PENGETAHUAN KADER TENTANG POSYANDU DI WILAYAH KERJA PUSKESMAS PARINGGONAN KECAMATAN ULU BARUMUN KABUPATEN PADANG LAWAS TAHUN 2022

Abstract

Cadre has important role in the implementation of Posyandu activities Basic health services at Posyandu is health services which includes at least five activities namely Maternal and Child Health (KIA), Family Planning (KB), immunization, nutrition, and control of diarrhea. In implementation, Posyandu held and moved by posyandu cadres with the number minimum of 5 cadres every posyandu with technical guidance from the health center and related sectors. The purpose of this research is to know The Level of Cadre Knowledge about Posyandu in the Working Area of the Paringgonan Public Health Center in Kecamatan Ulu barumun Kabupaten Padang Lawas 2021. The type of research is quantitative research with a descriptive design. The population in this study is all posyandu cadres in the Working Area of the Paringgonan Public Health Center in Kecamatan Ulu barumun Kabupaten Padang Lawas as many as 49 people. The sample in this study all posyandu cadresin the Working Area of the Paringgonan Public Health Center in Kecamatan Ulu barumun Kabupaten Padang Lawas as many as 49 people. The Data analyzed univariately ago shown in table frequency distribution. The Research result show that majority of respondents 20-35 years old, majority of respondents high school educated, majority of respondents work as IRT. The Respondent knowledge the majority is enough knowledge as much as 36.7%. Posyandu cadres are expected more active in following briefing or meeting which is held by Public health center or the local village midwife, and willingness from the old cadre to share knowledge and experience with a new cadre
