Abstract: The Breasts are one of the most important in the body of a mother. Caring for breasts since pregnancy and after giving birth such an important dream. Besides being useful for mother's health It is also useful for the nutritional needs of babies. World Health Organization data (2019) about 17,230,142 mother shows about 17,230,142 breastfeeding mother in the world having trouble like sore nipples, breast swelling due to engorgement of breast milk and mastitis. The purpose of this research is to know The Relationship Of Knowledge Breast Care Postpartum Mother With Interest in Breastfeeding In the Work Area of the Huragi Public Health Center in Padang Lawas Regency 2021. Knowledge Breast Care Postpartum Mother With Interest in Breastfeeding In the Work Area of the Huragi Public Health Center in Kabupaten Padang Lawas. Types of research used is quantitative using a cross sectional study approach. The sample in this study is all postpartum mothers In the Work Area of the Huragi Public Health Center in Kabupaten Padang Lawas 2022 by using total sampling method as many as 31 people. The analysis used is Chi-square test. The statistical test results are Chi-square test showed that (p= 0.000), it means there is a relationship breast care knowledge postpartum mothers with an interest in breastfeeding mothers. Advice for postpartum mother can dig up information about breast care and oxytocin massage as a provision of knowledge to prevent infection on the breast from a reliable source
