Abstract: | Cervical cancer is one of the most common types of cancer for women and it is be forth factors of the death entire the world. World Health Organization (WHO) shows that there are 570.000 deaths from cervical cancer for every year. Here, one alternative way in detecting cervical cancer is Acetic Acid Visual Inspection (IVA) in which it is taken with low-budgeting. Aim of this research is to know the related factors with the using of earlydetection of Acetic Acid Visual Inspection (IVA) for childbearing-age woman in public health center of Batunadua Kota Padangsidimpuan in the Year 2021. Type of this research is quantitative research with cross-sectional study approach. The population tends to women in childbearing-age, namely 15-45 years old in public health center of Batunadua Kota Padangsidimpuan, namely 114 people. The sample is about 89 people and they are taken by accidental sampling technique. The data analyzsis is taken by ChiSquare test. The result of this research shows that knowledge (0.001), behavior (0.001) and husband-support (0.007) are having correlation with the using of the using of earlydetection of IVA. The conclusion, knowledge, behavior, and husband-support are correlating with the using of the using of early-detection of IVA. The suggestion, the medical workers are expected to encourage the husband while giving health-education about the caring of IVA. |
