Abstract: | Health services provided by midwives include services for pregnant women, maternity and postpartum mothers. Patient satisfaction is a reflection of the health services provided. So that the satisfaction of pregnant women in getting delivery services is very important to evaluate the services provided by midwives to pregnant women. The purpose of the study was to determine the level of satisfaction of maternity with delivery services at the Batahan Health Center during the Covid 19 period in 2021. The type of research was quantitative research. By using a descriptive research design. This research was conducted at the Puskesmas. resistance. The population of this study was 49 pregnant women who had their pregnancy checked at the Batahan Health Center in September 2021, with a total sample of 49 respondents with a total sample technique. Results showed that most of the pregnant women were not satisfied as many as 28 people (57.1%). quite satisfied as many as 21 people (42.9%). Therefore, it is concluded that the Satisfaction Level of Maternal Maternity with Delivery Services at the Batahan Health Center during the Covid-19 Period in 2021 is still lacking. It is recommended that the results of this study can be used as information for midwives as service providers to provide information and education in increasing the perception of mothers giving birth during the Covid-19 pandemic |
