Abstract: The eraly of first trimester for the mother’ pregnant can make nausea and vomit. The condition is happened in the morning (morning sickness), but the others can be happened in the night. The data of World Health Organization (WHO) in 2019 show that the condition of nausea and vomit are about 14% from the mother’ pregnant. This research is taken to know the correlation of level husband’ anxiety with sickness morning disruption of mother’ pregnancy primigravida trimester I in Public Health Center of Hutaimbaru Kota Padangsidimpuan in the Year 2021. The type of this research is quantitative with a descriptive-correlative design and it is also taken into cross sectional approach. The sample is the husband of mother’ pregnancy primigravida trimester I in Public Health Center of Hutaimbaru among January until February 2022. The sampel is taken with accidental sampling technique and they are about 33 people. Then the data is analysis by Chi-square test. The results of the statistical test, namely the Chisquare test, showed that p = 0.005, it means that there is correlation of level husband' anxiety with morning sickness disruption of mother’ pregnantcy primigravida trimester I. The suggestions for husbands are to understand their wife's needs when experiencing morning sickness or early pregnancy, because of the support and The role of the husband is very influential on the wife
