Abstract: Covid-19 Prevalence in the world until with October 22, 2021 reported death rate due to Covid-19 4,944,629 people, while in Indonesia 143,120 people reported died from 4,239,396 sufferers confirmed positive. Covid-19 Vaccine is a breakthrough government to fight and dealing with Covid-19. The aim of this research is to know The Relationship Of Maternal Knowledge about the Covid-19 Vaccine with Mother's Interest in Vaccines in the Aek Godang Public Health Center Working Area 2022. This research uses Correlative descriptive design with approach cross-sectional study. The population in this study is all pregnant women in the working area of Aek Godang Public Health Center in October 2021 as many as 93 people. Sampling technique using simple random sampling by number of samples as many as 77 pregnant women and data collection conducted using a questionnaire. The Research result show that most of the knowledge of pregnant women about the COVID-19 vaccine less (67.5%) and most pregnant women not interested administering the COVID-19 vaccine (66.2%). There is a relationship between knowledge of pregnant women about the COVID-19 vaccine with the interest of pregnant women to do the COVID-19 vaccine with p value = 0.000 (p < 0.05). It is hoped that this research can improve awareness of pregnant women will need get information as much as possible about the COVID-19 vaccine from a trusted source
