Abstract: Perineal rupture is a tear that occurs in the perineal area during childbirth. The puerperium is the period that begins after the placenta comes out and ends when the uterine organs return to their original state (before pregnancy) and lasts about 6 weeks. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that influence the healing of perineal wounds in postpartum mothers during the Covid19 pandemic at the Nagasaribu Health Center in 2021. The reason for choosing this location was because perineal wound healing became a health problem for postpartum mothers during the Covid-19 pandemic. at the Nagasaribu Health Center. This type of research uses quantitative research with a cross sectional research design. The population in this study were 26 postpartum mothers. The sampling technique used was the total sample. The results of the study using the Chi Square test obtained Pvalue = 0.000 (<0.05), meaning that there is a relationship between knowledge and perineal wound healing, P-value = 0.026 (<0.05), meaning that there is a relationship between nutrition and perineal wound healing and Pvalue = 0.000 (<0.05), meaning that there is a personal Hygiene relationship with perineal wound healing. it can be concluded that there is a relationship between knowledge, nutrition and personal hygiene with the healing of peineal wounds in postpartum mothers
