Abstract: | Anxiety of pregnant women can arise during delivery, where during this period pregnant women feel anxious about various things, such as choosing a place to give birth, because of concerns that the mother will be exposed to Covid-19. The purpose of the study was to determine the relationship between anxiety in pregnant women and the choice of place to give birth during the COVID-19 pandemic in the Batahan Health Center area in 2021. This type of research used quantitative research. With a descriptive design with a cross-sectional approach. conducted in the Batahan Health Center area in September 2021 to February 2022. The population in this study were all pregnant women from August to September as many as 45 pregnant women. Sampling technique using total sampling technique. Bivariate analysis used chi-square test. Results P-value = 0.022 (<0.05), the conclusion of 45 respondents using the Chi Square Test obtained P-value = 0.022 (<0.05), that there is a relationship between anxiety of pregnant women and the choice of place to give birth during the COVID-19 pandemic in the region.
