Abstract: The problem of overnutrition is a nutritional problem in developed countries, which is also starting to be seen in developing countries including Indonesia as a result of success in the economic field. Based on the WHO report showing the health of Indonesia's toddlers is the lowest in ASEAN with 78th rank out of 170 countries, the Indonesian government claims that 900,000 Indonesian toddlers are malnourished. This figure places Indonesia in fifth place in the world as the country with the most malnourished babies. The nutritional status of children under five must be taken seriously and seriously from parents, because malnutrition at this time can cause irreversible damage. This study aims to determine the level of knowledge of mothers about balanced nutrition in toddlers. The method in this research is descriptive. The population in this study were mothers who had children under five as many as 72 people. The sample in this study was 72 using total sampling technique. The results showed. The results showed that the level of good knowledge was 22 people (30.6%), 12 people were sufficient (16.7%) and 38 people had less knowledge (52.8%). It is expected to increase public knowledge, especially mothers of toddlers, so that the natural provision of food in the family, especially for toddlers, pays attention to the balanced nutritional needs of toddlers.
