dc.description.abstractBreast care is one part that must be considered in preparation for breastfeeding later, this is because it is an essential organ for producing breast milk, which is the staple food of newborns, so care must be taken as early as possible. The purpose of this study was to describe the knowledge of pregnant women about breast care at Batunadua Public Health Center, Padangsidimpuan District, Batunadua in 2022. This study was descriptive with a cross sectional research design. The sampling method used is total sampling with a sample of 40 people. The results of research conducted on 40 respondents showed that the description of pregnant women's knowledge about breast care based on good knowledge was 22 people (55.0%), 11 people had sufficient knowledge (27.5%) and 7 people had less knowledge (17.5%). %). With these results, it is recommended for pregnant women to further increase their knowledge about breast care by seeking information about breast care and following health education from health workers.en_US
