The sample in this study were all post partum mothers who experienced swelling at the Pintu Padang Health Center in January - June as many as 20 people using the total sampling method. The analysis used is the Wilcoxon test. The results of the non-parametric statistical test, namely the Wilcoxon test, showed that (p = 0.000), meaning that there was an effect of giving aloe vera compresses to reduce pain due to breast swelling in postpartum mothers.
