FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI TERJADINYA MUAL MUNTAH PADA IBU HAMIL TRIMESTER I DI PUSKESMAS PINTU PADANG KABUPATEN TAPANULI SELATAN

Abstract

Naoseous-Vomit is often happened in the period of pregnancy, especially in the first-three-semester period. The naoseous-vomit is almost come in the early morning (morning sickness), but the others for the condition can be happened in the night. The data of WHO shows that there are 14% of naoseous-vomit happened in the world, they are included into 0.5%-2% in United States of America, for Indonesia, the data shows that 50%-70% of the naoseous-vomit can be happened into first three-semester, then the data of North Sumater Province shows there is 60%-80% of the condition is taken place in first-three-semester. Here, the condition can be arise because many factors, such as: hormonal factors, job-status, parity, and psycho-social. The aim of this research is to know the affected factors of naoseous-vomit for the mother’s pregnant in first threesemester period in Loca Government Clinic of Pintu Padang Kabupaten Tapanuli Selatan in the year 2021. Type of this research is quantitative research with descriptive-correlational design and cross-sectional study approach. The population of this research about 41 mothers from the local government clinic. The the member of population turns to be sample by having total sampling. Then Chi-Square Test is taken to analyze the data. The result shows that job-status (0.008), parity (0.006) and family-supporting (0.026) are affected toward arising of naoseous-vomit for the mother’s pregnant in the first three-semester. The conclusion is the job-status, parity, and family-supporting can be affected toward condition of naoseous-vomit for the mother’s pregnant in first three-semester. Here, the suggestion is the mother’s pregnant should improve antenatal-visiting care and they should get well information about the condition on naoseous-vomit
