Abstract: Give the formula milk before baby gets 6 months old will increase the risks about diary, obesity, and stunting. WHO (World Health Organization) shows the giving an exclusive mother’s milk in the world about 50%. This research is taken to know the related factors of giving formula milk for the baby with 0-6 months in the Local Government Clinic of Siabu in the year 2021. The quantitative research wit cross sectional study approach is used on this research. The population belongs to mothers who have baby about 0-6 months old that data on Local Government Clinic of Siabu. They are about 45 mothers. Then the member of population is taken to be sample by having total sampling technique. To analyze the data, the the chi-square test is used by the researcher. The result shows that there is correlation of education (p= 0.041), job status (p= 0.000), culture (p= 0.000), knowledge (p= 0.000), behavior (p=0.011), health-servant services (p= 0.001) with giving the formula milk for the baby on 0-6 months old. The conclusion, there is correlation of education, job status, culture, knowledge, behavior, and health-servant services with giving the formula milk for the baby on 0-6 months old. The suggestion, the health-servant should improve the health promotion, especially about improving the quality of healthy lives, motivate them on giving the exclusive mother’s milk.
