Abstract: For every year, there are 1.5 million childs get die because there are many diseases that should be handling by immunization. The scope of basic immunization in Indonesia for the year 2019 is about 93.7%, meanwhile the scope of immunization for Local Government Clinic of Kalangan in the year 2020 is about 38.4%, in which, the data is still low because the condition is not having the national target on basic-complete immunization, namely 93%. This research is taken to know the correlation of mother’s knowledge and family supporting with giving basic-complete immunization. This research is conducted with descriptive-analytical method with cross sectional study approach. The population of this research is about 84 mothers and the sample is tended to mothers who has baby on 9-12 months old in the Local Government Clinic of Kalangan, namely about 69 mothers. The data is gained by using questionnaires. Then the result shows that there is correlation of mother’s knowledge with p=0.003 (p< 0.05) and family supporting p=0.000 (p< 0.05), here, there is correlation of mother’s knowledge and family supporting toward giving basic-complete immunization. Then, it is expected for the mothers to improve their knowledge about the urgency of giving basic-complete immunization for the baby through reading health-books, get consultation for the health-servant, and renew the perception about basic-complete immunization.
