dc.description.abstractMenstrual pain (dysmenorrhea) is a physical disorder very prominent in women who are experiencing in the form of pain / cramps in the stomach. Menstrual pain (dysmenorrhea) have an impact big enough for young women for causing disruption of daily activities. Desmenorrhea pain treatment with acupressure techniques. This research is quantitative with with experimental quasi design whose design using the one group pretest-posttest design. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling with sample as many as 15 respondents. This research was conducted at MTs.S Hajijah Amalia Sari Padangsidimpuan in January-June 2021. The Results using the Wilcoxon test obtained P value = 0.002 (<0.05). The conclusion that there is difference in the mean intensity of dysmenorrheal pain after acupressure therapy.en_US
