The population is all injectable family planning acceptors who come to the midwife clinic Rahmatun Azmi, Pargarutan village, totaling 51 people and all of them are used as samples. The results showed that there was a significant relationship between the type of injectable contraception and the weight gain of family planning acceptors with p value = 0.042 < = 0.05.
