Abstract: Mother's nutritional status plays an important role to continuity and successful pregnancy. Nutritional disorders at that time associated with risk occurrence of chronic disease during pregnancy is Chronic Energy Deficiency (KEK). World Health Organization (WHO) data prevalence of CED in pregnant women in the world reached 41%. The purpose of this research is know The Relationship Of nutritional behavior with the incidence of chronic energy deficiency (KEK) in pregnant women in Desa Batang Pane I Kecamatan Halongonan Timur Kabupaten Padang Lawas Utara Tahun 2021. The type of research used is quantitative with a cross sectional study approach. The population in this study is all pregnant women in Desa Batang Pane I Kecamatan Halongonan Timur Kabupaten Padang Lawas as many as 5 pregnant women January-June 2021, with a sample of all pregnant women in the Sihepeng Health Center Working Area as many as 53 people, using the total sampling method. The analysis used is Chi-square test. Chi-square test results shows that there is a relationship age nutrition behavior with the incidence of chronic energy deficiency in pregnant women (p=0.000) there is a relationship between nutritional knowledge with the incidence of chronic energy deficiency in pregnant women (p=0.001, there is a relationship between nutritional attitudes with the incidence of chronic energy deficiency in pregnant women (p=0.002), there is a relationship between eating preferences with the incidence of chronic energy deficiency in pregnant women (p=0.004). Advice for pregnant women in order to improve antenatal care visits to reduce the incidence chronic energy deficiency in pregnant women.
